Default journal calendar

default journal calendar will collect the following notes and display them in the calendar:

1. all the tasks with scheduled or deadline (use scheduled deadline as the start time of the task)
2. No scheduled or deadline tasks but in journal note (using the date of journal note as agenda planning time)
3. All Block with a Milestone tag

Create, edit, delete journal calendar events

As same as agenda calendar events, but the journal events will be stored in journal notes, and the event will not support multi-day events.
